Operated by the Alabama Historical Commission, this 1860s Italianate home was used as a Confederate Hospital during the Civil War. The interior walls of three rooms were beautifully hand-stenciled and painted in the 1880s and are some of the best examples of extant Victorian mural painting. Located near downtown Eufaula, the home is conveniently close to a number of shops and restaurants.
